PURPOSE OF OUR SERVICE
Our platform is designed EXCLUSIVELY for identity verification owners to securely access and print their own NIN or BVN documents in professional PDF format. This service enables users to:
- Generate official verification documents for banks, institutions, and government agencies
- Create A4 paper-ready PDF formats for physical printing
- Access their own identity verification documents securely online
- Utilize API services for legitimate business purposes with proper consent mechanisms
2. Legal Foundation – Section 26 of the NIMC Act, 2007
Under Section 26 of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) Act, 2007, it is a legal requirement that no person shall access, verify, retrieve, or use another individual's NIN information without the individual's explicit consent.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations
To use NIN/BVN:

- You agree not to use the platform for:
- Fraudulent activities or impersonation
- Accessing another person's information without consent
- Forgery, money laundering, or criminal purposes
- Spreading false or misleading data
- Any activity that violates Nigerian or international law
You agree that any illegal use of this platform may lead to account suspension, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal prosecution under applicable Nigerian laws.
4. Consent and User Responsibility
CONSENT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

If a user violates this clause, they shall bear all civil and criminal liabilities, including fines, penalties, or prosecution by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), or any other authority.
6. Data Privacy and Protection
NIN/BVN operates under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and ensures data is transmitted securely using military-grade encryption and token-based authentication.
DATA SECURITY COMMITMENT
WE NEVER HAVE ACCESS TO OR STORE VERIFICATION DATA:
- All data is encrypted and only accessible by the requesting user
- We are NOT the provider of identity data - we are a secure intermediary
- Every verification is sent directly to the authorized data providers
- We never store, share, or use any verification information
- All transactions are logged with advanced security measures
We process verification requests based on:
- User's lawful purpose, and

9. Disclaimer of Liability
NIN/BVN acts solely as a verification intermediary.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
We do not generate, own, or alter any official identity records. We provide a secure channel to confirm data validity as permitted by law.
Therefore, we:
- Do not guarantee that all verification results are free from external database errors.
- Shall not be liable for any misuse, misinterpretation, or unlawful application of results obtained through our services.
- Disclaim all responsibility for unauthorized verifications conducted by users without consent.
- Are not responsible for decisions made by third parties based on verification results.
10. User-Indemnity Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NIN/BVN, its officers, developers, partners, and affiliates from any loss, damage, claim, fine, or legal cost arising from:
- Your failure to obtain consent before verification
- Your violation of the NIMC Act, NDPR, or other Nigerian laws
- Your misuse or abuse of our API or platform
- Any false or misleading information you provide
- Third-party claims resulting from your use of our services
FULL USER RESPONSIBILITY
All liabilities from illegal use rest SOLELY with you. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and legal proceedings.
11. Prohibition of Criminal and Fraudulent Use
NIN/BVN maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for illegal activities.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Using this website or API for fraudulent verification, impersonation, or criminal schemes is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Violators will face:
- Permanent suspension of access
- Blacklisting of IPs and credentials
- Reporting to law enforcement, including NIMC, NDPC, and EFCC (Economic and Financial Crimes Commission)
- Legal prosecution to the full extent of the law
- Asset freezing where applicable
11.1 API Users - Special Requirements
API COMPLIANCE MANDATORY
ALL API USERS MUST ENSURE:
- Users explicitly state they are the owner of the NIN/BVN being verified
- OR they have documented consent and permission from the owner
- Implementation of proper consent verification mechanisms
- Compliance with all applicable data protection laws
Misuse will result in: Verification failures, account suspension, and potential legal action.

12. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Engages in unauthorized verification activities
- Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions
- Submits fraudulent or illegal requests
- Attempts to circumvent security measures
- Provides false or misleading information
Termination may occur without notice if we believe the user poses legal, security, or reputational risk to our platform or other users.
Upon termination, all access rights are immediately revoked, and any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited depending on the reason for termination.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory or appropriate State High Court.
